Our repair callouts are performed in situ. The initial callout fee covers travel and one hour of labour. The majority of repairs can be done within this time, if parts are required then the engineer will discuss any costs with you before we proceed with any repairs.
HSE guidelines state that all moving and handling equipment used in the workplace must be maintained regularly and all appropriate inspection and maintenance tasks be carried out.
